You may browse the website without purchasing services. When you request a quote, approve a proposal, pay an invoice, provide written authorization to begin, or otherwise enter into a project with Arigrafik Studio, the project-specific proposal and these Terms form part of the agreement between you and Arigrafik Studio.
If a signed contract or project proposal contains terms that differ from this page, the signed contract or accepted proposal will control for that specific project.
3. Website Use
You may use this website for lawful informational and business purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the website in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of another person.
- Attempt to interfere with the website's operation, security, hosting, code, or connected services.
- Copy, scrape, republish, resell, or commercially exploit website content or portfolio work without written permission.
- Submit malware, spam, fraudulent requests, misleading information, or unlawful material.
- Misrepresent your identity, authority, company, product, or ownership of submitted materials.
4. Service Information and Project Scope
Website descriptions, portfolio examples, and service summaries are general information. The exact scope of each project will be defined in a written proposal, quote, invoice, brief, or message accepted by both parties.
A project scope may specify deliverables, dimensions, platforms, number of concepts, revisions, delivery schedule, language, file formats, source files, fees, and payment milestones. Services or deliverables not expressly included in the accepted scope are not automatically included.
5. Quotes, Proposals, and Project Acceptance
A quote is based on the information available when it is prepared. If the brief, number of products, deliverables, technical requirements, languages, platforms, deadlines, or complexity changes, Arigrafik Studio may revise the price and schedule before continuing.
A project is considered accepted when the client confirms acceptance in writing and completes any initial payment stated in the proposal or invoice. Quotes may include an expiration date. If no expiration date is stated, availability and pricing may be reviewed before work begins.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely project materials, including:
- A clear brief, objectives, target audience, required dimensions, and platform requirements.
- Correct product information, benefits, specifications, claims, warnings, and legal text.
- High-quality product images, logos, brand guidelines, fonts, packaging files, and other necessary assets.
- Prompt and consolidated feedback from an authorized decision-maker.
- Confirmation that the client has permission to use all trademarks, photographs, copy, product claims, testimonials, certifications, and other supplied material.
Arigrafik Studio is not responsible for delays, errors, rework, platform rejections, or claims caused by incomplete, inaccurate, late, or unauthorized client materials.
7. Payments and Invoicing
Fees, currency, payment schedule, and accepted payment methods will be stated in the applicable quote, proposal, or invoice. A deposit or advance payment may be required before work begins.
Unless the project agreement states otherwise, the remaining balance must be paid before delivery of final high-resolution files, editable source files, or publication-ready deliverables. Preview files may contain watermarks or be supplied at reduced resolution until payment is complete.
Payment processing fees, currency-conversion fees, bank charges, taxes, or withholding obligations may apply as described in the project documents or required by law. Work may be paused when an invoice is overdue.
8. Revisions and Scope Changes
The number and type of included revisions will be stated in the project proposal. A revision is a reasonable adjustment to an existing concept within the approved brief. Requests for a new creative direction, additional concepts, new products, new languages, new dimensions, rewritten copy, changed packaging, or additional deliverables may be treated as extra work.
Unlimited revisions apply only when expressly stated in writing and remain limited to the originally approved scope. Arigrafik Studio may provide a separate quote and revised schedule for work outside that scope.
To reduce errors and delays, feedback should be clear, consolidated, and provided by one authorized contact whenever possible.
9. Timelines, Delivery, and Client Delays
Estimated delivery dates begin after the project is accepted, the required payment is received, and all necessary materials are available. Timelines are estimates unless a written agreement expressly guarantees a fixed deadline.
Client delays in providing content, files, approvals, or feedback may move the delivery schedule. Rush work is subject to availability and may require an additional fee.
If a client becomes unresponsive for 30 days, Arigrafik Studio may place the project on hold. Restarting a paused project may depend on current availability and may require a revised schedule or reactivation fee when substantial time has passed.
10. Cancellations and Refunds
Project-specific cancellation and refund conditions stated in an accepted proposal or contract will apply. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments covering work already completed, reserved production time, approved concepts, licensed assets, or non-recoverable costs are not refundable.
If a project is cancelled before completion, Arigrafik Studio may invoice for work performed up to the cancellation date. Any remaining prepaid amount will be handled according to the project agreement and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
11. Final Deliverables and Editable Files
Final deliverables will be supplied in the formats stated in the project proposal. Editable or source files—such as PSD, AI, INDD, Figma, Canva, or layered working files—are included only when expressly stated.
Working files may contain licensed fonts, stock images, plugins, mockups, smart objects, templates, or other third-party resources that cannot be transferred. The client may need to obtain separate licenses to edit or reuse those resources.
Arigrafik Studio is not required to retain project files indefinitely. Clients should securely download and back up all final files after delivery.
12. Intellectual Property
Arigrafik Studio materials
The website, portfolio presentation, original templates, processes, drafts, rejected concepts, design systems, code, educational content, and pre-existing materials remain the property of Arigrafik Studio or their respective licensors unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Client-supplied materials
The client retains ownership of materials supplied to Arigrafik Studio and grants the limited permission necessary to use them for the project. The client represents that the materials may lawfully be used.
Final approved work
The ownership or license granted for final approved deliverables will be defined in the accepted proposal or contract and becomes effective only after full payment. Unless an assignment of economic rights is expressly agreed in writing, the client receives a license to use the final approved deliverables for the business purposes and platforms identified in the project scope.
Drafts, unused concepts, working methods, and preliminary files are not included in the client's rights unless specifically purchased or transferred in writing.
13. Third-Party Assets and Artificial Intelligence Tools
Projects may use stock photography, fonts, mockups, plugins, templates, platform assets, or artificial intelligence tools for ideation, image development, retouching, variation, or production support. Any material third-party licensing requirement known to Arigrafik Studio will be communicated when relevant.
The client must inform Arigrafik Studio before the project begins if a marketplace, employer, industry, legal requirement, or internal policy restricts the use of stock assets or artificial intelligence tools. Arigrafik Studio cannot guarantee exclusive rights in generic elements, stock materials, fonts, platform assets, or AI-assisted elements that may resemble material created independently by others.
14. Portfolio Use and Confidentiality
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Arigrafik Studio may display final work after it has been publicly released by the client, solely for portfolio, website, social media, award, educational, or promotional purposes.
Confidential information and unreleased product information will not be intentionally published when the client has identified it as confidential. A separate non-disclosure agreement may be requested before sensitive materials are shared.
15. Marketplace Rules, Product Claims, and Client Approval
The client is responsible for confirming that products, listings, images, copy, claims, certifications, warnings, and promotional statements comply with applicable laws and the current rules of Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, or any other marketplace or platform.
Arigrafik Studio may provide design recommendations but does not provide legal, regulatory, medical, nutritional, tax, or marketplace-account advice. Final approval of all content remains the client's responsibility.
Platform policies and automated review systems may change or produce inconsistent decisions. Arigrafik Studio does not guarantee approval, publication, continued availability, ranking, or account status on any third-party platform.
16. No Guarantee of Commercial Results
Arigrafik Studio designs visual content intended to improve clarity, presentation, brand consistency, and the shopping experience. However, sales, conversion rates, click-through rates, search ranking, advertising performance, and other commercial results depend on many factors outside the studio's control.
No particular financial, marketplace, traffic, or conversion result is promised or guaranteed.
17. Client Review and Approval
The client must review spelling, prices, specifications, dimensions, claims, warnings, contact details, product variations, and other content before final approval or publication. Approval confirms that the client accepts the design and supplied information.
Corrections requested after final approval, file delivery, upload, publication, or a client-initiated content change may require an additional fee.
18. Third-Party Websites and Services
The website may link to Blogger, Google, Kit, Disqus, Cloudflare, WhatsApp, Telegram, social networks, freelance platforms, portfolio services, payment providers, and other third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

19. Website Content Disclaimer
Website and blog content is provided for general informational and educational purposes. Although reasonable efforts are made to keep information useful and accurate, it may become outdated and should not be treated as professional legal, tax, financial, medical, or regulatory advice.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Arigrafik Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from website use, third-party platforms, client-supplied materials, marketplace decisions, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, Arigrafik Studio's aggregate liability relating to a specific project will not exceed the amount actually paid to Arigrafik Studio for the portion of the service giving rise to the claim, except where a different remedy is required by mandatory law.
21. Events Outside Reasonable Control
Arigrafik Studio will not be responsible for delays or failure caused by events outside reasonable control, including internet or power outages, illness, natural disasters, government actions, platform failures, service-provider interruptions, cyber incidents, labor disruptions, or other force majeure events. The affected party will make reasonable efforts to communicate and resume performance.
22. Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy . The website may also use cookies and similar technologies as explained in the Cookie Policy .
23. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

The parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith communication before pursuing formal proceedings, without limiting any right to contact a competent consumer-protection or judicial authority.
24. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, without excluding any mandatory consumer protection that applies based on the client's location or the nature of the transaction.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the competent authorities or courts determined by applicable law.
25. Changes to These Terms
Arigrafik Studio may update these Terms to reflect changes in services, business practices, technology, platform requirements, or applicable law. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated date.
Changes do not retroactively replace the terms of an already accepted project unless both parties agree or applicable law requires otherwise.
